Arabi madaris aur makatib ke asatizah (ustad) ko tableegi Jama’at me jaane ke liye maahanah (monthly) tin din ya saalanah (yearly) ek chillah ya Zindagi ke char mahine ya ek saal ki chhutty,
isee Tarah batil firqon ki tardeed ke tarbiyati camp, ijtimaa me jane ki chhutti tankhah ke saath dee jaa sakti hai ya nahin?
JAWAB
حامدا و مصلیا و مسلما
Agar zarurat ho to dee jaa sakti hai.
Ta’alim ka maqsood deen ki ishaat aur hifazat hai, aakhir madarsah wale madarsah ke paise se risalah bhi nikalte hain, madarsah ke paise se wa’az (bayaan) ke liye bhi bhejte hain, jalson me shirkat ke liye bhi bhejte hain, yeh sab ke sab ta’alim ke maqasid hain,
agar wahaan ke log is safar aur batil firqon ke rad ki tarbiyati jalson ki shirkat ko munasib samjhte hain aur uski zarurat bhi hai to wahaan (jama’at, tarbiyati camp me tankhaa ke saath chhutty) kar sakte hain.
HAQIQAT E TABLEEG SAFA 110 SE MAKHOIZ
Hazrat saiyyad mufti Abdur Rahim lajpuri RAHMATULLAH ALAYHI likhte hain ke, “madaris wale mudarris (ustaz) barhaye. madrasah ki imarat me kaafi se zaaid paise kharch kar dete hain.
haalaa ke madarsah ki imarat maqsood biz zaat nahin, maqsood e asli ta’alim hai, fir asatizah ke izafe aur unki tankhwahon (salary) ke izafe me kotahi kyun ki jaaye ?”
Khulasah yeh hai ke ta’alimi kaam ke saath tableeg me mashguli bhi honi chahiye, denee anjum (commiitee) tabligi kaam ki zimmedari se subuk dosh (bari) nahin ho sakte,
lihaza ta’alim ke saath tableeg me bhi dilchaspi len aur mudarriseen ko jaari wazife (tankhwah) ke saath tableegi kaam ke liye ijazat den.
Shaikhul islam hazrat Madani RAHMATULLAH ALAYHI ka malfooz isee qism ke ek sawal ke jawab me tahreer farmate hain ke
“mujh ko yeh ma’alum huva hai ke ba’az mimbarane shuraa ko un mudarriseen ki tankhawahon ke jaari (chalu) rakhne ke mutalliq aitarazat aur shub’haat hain.
Musalmano ke idarate ta’alimiyyah sirf ta’alimi khidmat anjam dene ke liye nahin banaye gaye balke musalmano ki mazhabi aur deenee aur dusri zaruri khidmat bhi unke faraiz me se hain.

Shuddhi aur shanghatan wagairah ki nahusaton ke zamane me malikanah rajputon wagairah ilaqe me mudarrisin aur ulamaa ke wufood (jama’aten) bheje gayi aur unki tankhawahen jaari rakhi gayi.

Ye kaam To Allah ki Raza aur Apni Aakhirat banane ke liye karna he,
Tamaam Nabiyo’n ki Dawat me yahi he,
iske liye moqa diya gaya he Aakhirat banane ka,
Aur Deen diya, Deen hoga to Aakhirat banegi, Varna Aakhirat bigdegi,
Deen ke liye hi Payda ( Born ) kiya gaya he, isi ka Qabr me sawaal hoga,
Deen lekar Qabr me gaya to Kaamyab, Varna Nakaam,
Ye Deen sada rahega, Qabr me, Hashr me, Amaal charo taraf se ghair lenge, Jo jagah khali padegi waha Sabr aa jayega, isliye Deen per Dilo ka jamana zaruri he

Kaam ki bhi Qadr karo aur Kaam karne walo ki bhi Qadr karo, Har ek ko unke Amal ke mutabik darze milenge, Jo Ansar ( Deen ki nusrat karne walo) ko milega wo tumhe bhi milega

Asal yeh hai ke deen sikhna farz e ain hai uski ek surat madaaris me padhna hai aur ek surat tableeg me jana hai aur bhi suraten hain (kisi Allahwale se bay’at mureed hona) mewat ke logon ko bataya gaya tha ke deen sikhna farz hai.
Isliye ya madaris qaim karo ya dusri suraten ikhtiyar karo agar tum koi dusri surat ikhtiyar na kar sako to mutayyan taur par tableeg hi me niklo isliye wahaan log yahi keh kar nikalte hain ke deen sikhne ke liye chalo itni baat me kisi ko ikhtilaf nahi.
Hazrat thanvi rahmatullah alayhi jis cheez ko mustahab farmaya hai us tableeg ke yeh ma’ane nahi balke wahaan tableeg se muraad dusron ko deen sikhane ke liye nikalna hai,
Zahir hai ke kaam awam ka nahi hai balke khawas ahle ilm ka kaam hai fir us ko farze ain kaise kahaa ja sakta hai! lihaza dono ka mahmal (matlab, muraad) alag alag hai aur dono sahih hai.
