Deen e islam me lavatat (gey sex) ko intihayi na pasandeedah aur bahot hee bura aur sakht haraam kaam samjha hai is ka andazah is se kiya jaa sakta hai ke Allah ta’ala ne sadoomi (gey) ki shakal dekhna bhi pasand nahin farmaya hai.

Ek hadis e paak me irshad farmaya gaya hai ke jab kisi ko qaume sadoom ka amal (sajaatiya sambandh, homosex) karta paao to karne wale aur karvane wale dono ko qatl kar do.

📘TIRMIZI SHAREEF

Is hadis ki bunyad par fuqahaa (masail ke mahireen ulamaa) ka is par ittifa (ek raay) hai ke dono ko qatl kar diya jaaye, lekin kis tarah qatl kiya jaaye us ke tareeqe me chand qaul hain.

Imam Abu Hanifah aur Hakim Rahmatullahi alayhima farmate hain ke zina ki sazaa shariat me mutayyan hai lekin gay, homosexuals ki sazaa mutayyan nahin isliye ziyadah sakht aur bahut hi dardnak sazaa dee jaaye, chaahe pahaad se phenk diya jaaye, chahe haathi ke niche daal kar kuchalva diya jaaye, chahe zindah jalaa diya jaye.

Hazrat Abubakr Radeeyallahu anhu ne Hazrat Ali Radeeyallahu anhu ke mashware se ek gay ko aag me zindah jalaane ka hukm diya tha aur Khalid ibne walid Radeeyallahu anhu ne sazaa jaari ki thi sahaba Radeeyallahu anhum ki ek jamaat ka yahi qaul hai ke gay ki sazaa zina se sakht honi chahiye.

Sahaba Radeeyallahu anhum ki dusri jamaat ka yeh qaul hai ke jo sazaa zina ki hai wohi sadoomi-gay ki honi chahiye ya’ani gair shaadi shuda (unmarried, kunvara) ho to sab ke saamne 100 kode (hunter) maare jaaye aur shadi shuda (married) ho to sab ke saamne paththar maar maar kar maut ke ghaat utaar diya jaaye.

Maloom huva ke lawatat (samlaingik) ka gunah qatl se bhi sakht hai, kyun ke qaatil ke saza use qatl karna hai lekin maqtool (jise qatl kiya gaya) tha uska waaris qaatil ko bacha sakta hai so unt (100 camel’s) ki qeemat par sulah kar sakta hai, lekin looti ko bachane ki koyi surat nahin.
