Kisi unche se unche buland rutbah makhlooq ke naam ki mannat manna haraam aur shirk hai aur aisi haraam mannat ka khana khana Maaldar or garib kisi ke liye bhi jaiz nahi.

maaldar nahin kha sakta gareebon ko khila kar sadqe ka isale sawab kar sakte he,

Albatta isaale sawab ke khane ke liye koi tarikh or din ya koi cheez zaruri samajhna ye bidat aur najaiz hai.

Un hotels me pakaya jane wala chicken ya dusra gosht agar waqiyatan islami sharaeet ke mutabiq zabiha ka ho,

isee tarah mukhtalif chizon me daali jaane wali chiz aur Pakaane ka tel (oil) wagairah me kisi qism ke haraam ajza ki aamezish (milavat) na ki gayi ho,

aur yeh umoor yaqeeni taur par ya gaalib gumaan ke darajah me saabit ho jaaye tab to unke taiyyar kiye gaye khana khaane ki ijazat hai, warna unse eitaraz (parhez) hi kiya jaaye.

Jab ke umoomi taur par bhi yeh hotels apne aalami meayaar barqaraar rakhne ka ziyadah khyal rakhne ke saath saath machini zabiha se bhi aiteraz nahin karte jo na-jaiz hai.

Isee liye unme taiyyar kiye jaane wale khaane ka tamaam ajza ke halal hone ka yaqeen na ho jaaye us waqt tak unke khane khaane se aiteraz hi kiya jaaye to yeh ziyadah behtar hai.

Is it permissible to dine at Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonald’s in Pakistan, is the food served there halal or haram?

Answer

If the meat or chicken served in the above mentioned restaurants is indeed sacrificed in accordance with shariah, also the ingredients used,

cooking oil etc is confirmed to not contain any haram contents, and it is surely confirmed and proven, then it is permissible to eat, otherwise not.

Also, it is also required to make sure that the meat used has not been sacrificed with machines.

Therefore, unless one is not sure of all the above mentioned facts, it is better avoided.

Mufti dabhel gujarat hazrat aqdas mufti ahmad khanpuri d.b.ne have reported that if pig meat is used there, and the spoons and other utensils are not used with precaution,

and even if other halal meat comes in contact with it, it is not permitted.

Bahot achchha sawal hai,

logon ne waleema karne ki sunnat ke naam par shaandar waleema karne aur ziyadah logon ko khilane ke chakkar me nikah me taakhir, soodi qarz, khane ka bigaad, waleeme me fakhr aur competition (dekha dekhi) shuru kar dee hai۔

Lekin waleeme me pyare Nabi ﷺ jinki ittibaa ka hum ko hukm diya hai unki saadgi aur mukhtasar waleema me kam kharch kar ke nikah ko ba-barakat banana bhul gaye hain,

lihaza jin azwaje mutahhraat ki waleeme ki saraahat kitabon me mili usey paish kiya jata hai.

Huzur ﷺ ne Hazrat Zainab rd. ka waleema (ek) bakri ki gosht se kiya

Hazrat Umme Salma Radeeyallahu anha ka waeema jav ki roti se kiya.

Hazrat Safiyyah Rd.ka waleema khajoor, roti aur ghee se kiya.

Hazrat aaisha Rd. ka walima ek piyala doodh se kiya.

Huzur ﷺ se muhabbat ke daawe karne wale is sunnat par ya aisa saada aur mukhtasar waleema kar ke dikhaye
