8, 9, 10, 11, 12 zilhajj ayyam e hajj hain.

 

Hajj ka pehla din 8 zilhajj hai. Is roz apni qiyam gaah hi se haji gusal kar ke ahram bandh lenge. Ahraam ki nafal padhen aur haj ki niyyat se talbiyah padhte huve mina ki taraf  rawanah ho jayenge. Aur mina puhanch kar zuhar, asar, maghrib aur isha ki namazein apne khaime hi me ba jama’at adaa karen, kasrat se talbiyah padhte rahe. Raat mina hi me qayaam karna sunnat hai. 

 

Hajj ka dusra din 9 zilhajj hai. Is roz fajar ki namaz mina me padh kar maidaan e arafat ko rawangi hogi. Zawal ke baad wuqoof e arafat ka waqt shuru hoga. Is waqt khoob ro ro kar apne gunahon se taubah ki jaye.hanfi haji zuhar aur asar ki namaz apne apne khaimon me us ke waqt me adaa kar le, aur apna waqt allah ta’ala ko yaad karte huve aur apne aziz o aqarib aur apne watan e aziz ki salaamati ke liye ziyadah se ziyadah duaen karte huve guzare. Ghuroob aaftab ke ba’ad maghrib ki namaz padhe beghair muzdalifah ko rawanah ho jaye. Muzdalifah pahuch kar maghrib aur isha ki namaz isha ke waqt me adaa ki jaye. Raat muzdalifah hi me guzare. Muzdalifah jaate huve waadi e muhassar ( jahaan abraha ka hathiyon ka lashkar tabaah huva tha) ke paas se guzrte waqt tezi se istaghfaar padhte huve guzar jaye.

 

Hajj ka teesra din 10 zil hajj hai. Muzdalifah me wuqoof ke ba’ad fajar ki namaz adaa kar ke mina rawana ho jaye aur zawal se pehle pehle sirf jamarah e aqbah (badey shaitaan) ko kankaryan maare. Kankaryan raat ko muzdalifah hi se utha le. Badey shaitan ko saat (7) kankaryan ek ek kar ke maarni hai. Jamaraat ko kankaryan maarne ko rami kahaa jata hai. Rami e jamraat ke ba’ad qurbani ki jaye. Qurbani karne ke liye behtar yeh hai ke saudi hukumat ke zere intezaam bank me qurbani ki raqam jamaa karvadi jaye. Khud qurbani karne ki surat me bahut se masail paish aa sakte hain. Qurbani karne ke ba’ad sar ke baal mundwaye ya katarwa le, albattah aurten apne sar ki choti je tamam balon ko milakar bal ko ek ungli ki por ke baraabar khud kaat le ya apne mehram se katwa lein. Ab ahraam ki pabandiyan khatam ho jayegi sirf bivi halal na hogi  jab tak tawaft ziyarat na kar len *  nahaa-dho kar apna aam libas pahan liya jaye. Is ke ba’ad agar himmat aur taaqat ho to isi roz warna 11, 12 zil hajj ko tawaaf e ziyarat ke liye makkah mukaramah chale jayen. Ziyadah behtar yeh rahta hai ke 11 zil hajj ko subah subah tawaf ziyarat ke liye makkah mukaramah chale jaye aur wahaan se wapasi me zawal ke ba’ad teeno jamaraat (teeno shaitaano ) ko saat saat (7-7) kankariyan marte huve apne khaimon me chale jayen.

 Tawaf e ziyarat 10 zilhajj se le kar 12 zilhajj tak ghoroob aaftab se pehle pehle tak kiya ja sakta hai.

Tawaaf e ziyarat ke ba’ad sayee bhi karni hogi. 10 zil hajj ka din guzar ne ke ba’ad raat mina hi me qayaam karna hoga.

 

Hajj ka chautha din 11 zilhajj hai. Mina me zawal ke ba’ad pehle jamarah e ulaa ( chhota shaitaan ) fir jamarah e wustah (darmiyana shaitan) fir jamarah aqbah (badaa shaitan) ko 7, 7 kankaryan ek ek kar ke marni hai . Raat ko mina hi me qayaam karna hoga. 

 

Hajj ka panchwan din 12 zilhajj hai. Mina me zawal ke ba’ad se teeno jamaraat ko tarteeb war ek ek kar ke saat kankariyan marni hai aur ghuroob  e aaftab se pehle pehle mina ki hadood (border) se bahir nikal jana hai. Warna phir mina hi me thehrna (qayaam karna)hoga aur 13 zilhajj ko bhi rami e jamarat karni hogi.

 

Ayyam e hajj me agar kisi *aurat ko mahwari-m.c.:ayyam shurooa ho jayein to woh hajj ke tamaam af’aal bajaa laave, siwaye tawaafe ziyarat ke, paak hone ke ba’ad woh tawaaf aur saee kare. Majboooree me taakhir ki wajah se aurat par koi kaffarah nahin hoga. Rami mard aur aurat ko khud karna hogi . Watan rawaanagi se pehle tawaaf e wad’a karna bhi zaruri hai.

Zil hijjah ke chand hone ke baad baal aur nakhoon kaatna kaisa hai ? Iski kya maslihat wa hikmat hai ?

Zil hijjah ke chand hone ke baad jiske zimme qurbaani ho usey baal aur naakhoon eid ki namaaz aur us ki qurbaani hone tak na kaatna *mustahab hai.*taake qurbaani ka janwar uske har har juz-hissah ka badal aur fidyah  ho jaaye, aur allah ta’ala ki rahmat se us aadmi ke jism ka koi hissah mahroom na rahe,

Jin logon ke zimme qurbaani nahin hai woh bhi qurbaani karne walon ki aur haj me gaye huwe hajiyon ki mushaabahat (copy) ikhtiyaar karenge to woh bhi un par naazil honewali rahmat se insha allah mahroom na rahenge,

Lekin koi apne baal aur nakhoon katega, to na gunegaar hoga, na qurbaani me koi kharaabi aayegi, is par wajib ki tarah amal karna aur aisa na karne walon ko tokna sahih nahin hai,

Jo cheez jis darjah me sabit ho usko usee darjah me rakhna chahiye.

Note: jiske zere naaf <duty ke niche ke baal> aur bagal ke balon par 40 roz guzar gaye ho to woh shakhs is mustahab par hargiz amal na kare agar woh katne me 40 din se ziyadah takheer karega to gunehgar hoga.

Zilhijjah ke 10 dino aur raat me ibadat ki koi khaas fazilat hai ? Agar hai to hadis ki roshni me batane ki guzarish.

  1. Huzurﷺne irshad farnaya: koi din aisa nahin jin me ibaadat karna khuda ta’ala ko zilhajjah ke 10 dino ki (ibadat) se ziyadah pasand ho, (kyun ke) in me se har din ka rozah 1 saal ke rozah rakhne ke baraabar hai, aur har ek raat ka jaagna shabe qadr me jaagne ke baraabar hai.

Baqra eid wali qurbani maaldaar musafir per wajib nahi hoti, balke apne gahr per ho ya kahi 15 din ya us se zyada thehre to qurbani wajib hogi, 

Agar hajji hajj ke dino ko milakar 15 din makka me theherne wala he to agar wo maaldaar he to us per baqraid wali qurbani wajib hogi, chahe waha kare chahe apne ghar per karwale

(Hajj wali qurbani alag he,  us ka masala alag he. )

(Jo hazraat hajje tamattu ya qiran karte hen un per hajj ki qurbani to wajib he hi our agar wo maaldaar our muqeem hen to un per baqraid ki qurbani bhi wajib hogi..  )

Our agar 15 din nahi theherna to wo musafir hoga us per baqraid wali qurbani wajib nahi.. 

Note..  jadid zamane ke aetebar se aksar muftiyane kiraam ki raay ke mutabiq mina, muzdlifa ab makka ke hudud me dakhil hen, lihaza un dino ko milakar 15 din hojayenge to wo muqeem kehlayega our maldari ki qurbani wajib hogi..

Agar aap par haj farz hai aur aapne haj par jane ka iradaa kar liyaa hai

Allah taala ne apne muqaddas ghar aur

Isliye zaroori hai ke ham deen ka ilm seekh kar aur apne gunahon se sachi touba kar ke

Aur logo ke huquq baqi ho usko adaa kar ke ya muafi kara kar pak saaf ho kar

Allah taala ke aali darbaar me pahonche

Alhamdulillah har shaher me aur har jagah haj ke aadab aur arkan sikhane ki fikr hoti hai camp-jod bhi hote hai

Aur masajido me bhi haj ke aadab sikhaye jate hai

Aur aap sathi bhi fikr karle ke jo hazrat haj par ja rahe hai unhe targeeb dekar haj ke arkan o aehkam sikhne ki, ho sakta hai aap ki mahenat se kai logo ka hajj saheeh ho jaye aur aap zariya ban jaye

Agar filhaal qarz maangne walon ka mutalba na ho, aur wo baa-khushi haj ke liye jaane ki ijazat den, ya qarzdaar apne qarz ka kisi ko zimmedaar banaa den, aur us qarz khwaahon ko itminaan ho jaye aur wo ijazat de den to wo shakhs haj ke liye ja sakta hai, us shakhs par jitna qarz ho eahtiyatan uske baare me wasiyyat naama likh den, aur warison ko takeed kar den ke agar meri mout ho jaye aur merezimme qarz baaqi reh jaye to mere tarkaa [waarse] me se pehle qarz adaa kar diya jaye, agar tarke me gunzaish na ho to tum apne paas se qarz adaa kar dena, ya usse muaaf kara dena, Agar qarz khwah [qarz dene wale] ki ijazat ke bagair jayega to MAKRUH hoga, agar che fariza adaa ho jayega,

Agar usi waqt qarz adaa karne ki gunzaish ho to usi waqt qarz adaa kar dena chahiye, uski bahot hi ziyada aehmiyyat hai,

intezaam hote huwe bhi qarz adaa na karna sangeen gunaah hai,(qarz baqi rakhkar wahan lambi chodi khareedee karne ki ijazar qarz khaah ne nahi dee hoti hai.us ki ijazat alag len)

Hadis sharif me hai ke : Maaldaar ka Talamtol [aanaakaani] karna zulm hai.

 

  1. Jo shakhs farz qarz adaa kar chuka ho aur nafli haj karne jana ho to nafli haj se behtar ye hai ke qarza adaa karey,(is bare me bhi kotahi ho rahi hai) aur uske bil-muqabil gareebee ki haalat me jab ke bil-khusus dusre ke huquq apne zimme ho, unke huquq ki adaaygi ke aehmiyat hajje nafl se kahin ziyada hai.

Aurat ke liye bagair mahram ke safar karna shar’an jaiz nahi hai, is liye wo haj par qaadir us waqt samjhi jayegi jab ke uske sath koi mahram haj karne wala ho. Chahe mahram apne kharch se haj kar raha ho ya yeh aurat uska kharch bardasht karey, isee  tarah wahan pahunchne ke liye raasta aman wala hona bhi taqat ka ek hissa hai, agar rasta me bad-amani, jaan-maal ka qawi [pakka] khatra ho to haj ki taqat nahi samjhi jayegi.

jis shakhs ko haj ke dino me baitullah tak pahunchne aur haj tak waha rehne ki taqat (kharch,intizam,ijazat) ho us per haj farz ho jata he, isliye ese shakhs ko Jo sirf ek baar Baitullah Sharif pahunchne ki tamanna rakhta ho, haj par jana chahiye, umrah ke liye safar karna aur farziyat ke bavjood haj na karna bahut galat baat he.
