Agar zarurat ho to dee jaa sakti hai.

Ta’alim ka maqsood deen ki ishaat aur hifazat hai, aakhir madarsah wale madarsah ke paise se risalah bhi nikalte hain, madarsah ke paise se wa’az (bayaan) ke liye bhi bhejte hain, jalson me shirkat ke liye bhi bhejte hain, yeh sab ke sab ta’alim ke maqasid hain,

agar wahaan ke log is safar aur batil firqon ke rad ki tarbiyati jalson ki shirkat ko munasib samjhte hain aur uski zarurat bhi hai to wahaan (jama’at, tarbiyati camp me tankhaa ke saath chhutty) kar sakte hain.

Hazrat saiyyad mufti Abdur Rahim lajpuri RAHMATULLAH ALAYHI likhte hain ke, “madaris wale mudarris (ustaz) barhaye. madrasah ki imarat me kaafi se zaaid paise kharch kar dete hain.

haalaa ke madarsah ki imarat maqsood biz zaat nahin, maqsood e asli ta’alim hai, fir asatizah ke izafe aur unki tankhwahon (salary) ke izafe me kotahi kyun ki jaaye ?”

Khulasah yeh hai ke ta’alimi kaam ke saath tableeg me mashguli bhi honi chahiye, denee anjum (commiitee) tabligi kaam ki zimmedari se subuk dosh (bari) nahin ho sakte,

lihaza ta’alim ke saath tableeg me bhi dilchaspi len aur mudarriseen ko jaari wazife (tankhwah) ke saath tableegi kaam ke liye ijazat den.

Dusri baat darwaze aur diwar par likhe huwe Allah taala ke naam ko mitane ki ijazat hai jis me be adabi ka shubah bhi hai, kiyun ki quran likha huwe chok-pen ka burada – powder zameen par girta hai us ke bavajood mitane ki ijazat hai aur log mitate hai,

Mobile wagairah ki screen par agar Qur’an e karim zaahir na ho (open na ho) to usko (Mobile wagairah ki screen ko) bil-ittifaq Ger mutawazzi (bagair wuzu ke) ya junubi (napak) haath lagaa sakta he.

Lekin agar Qur’an e karim ka software open ho or uske nuqush-alfaaz screen par moujud ho to junubi ya gair mutawazzi us mobile ya screen ko chhu sakta he ya nahi
usme 2 aqwal he:

(1) Mobile, computer tablet ki screen ko us waqt chhuna jaiz nahin.
unki dalil yeh hai ke  yeh us haalat me mushaf (Qur’an) ke maanind hai, aur irshaade rabbani he.

Baz gair muslim companiya bhi dibbon me band kiya huwa gosht bechti hai dibbon par halal gosht likha rehta hai muslman ko in ki ye baat mankar us gosht ko istiamal karna kesa  hai? Aur jo log us ko istiamal karte hai un ki iqtidaa me namaz parhna kesa hai?

Hazrat mufti muhammad shafeea Rahmatullahi alayhi likhte hai jis ka khulasah hai ke vote kee sharee haisiyat 3 hai.

  1. wakaalat-jis ummedwar ko ham vote de rahe hai ham use apna wakeel-naaib bana rahe hai fulan hamaree zaroorat aur khidmat aap hamaree janib se anjaam de dena.
