JANWARON KO ZABAH KARNA ZULM NA HONE KI DALEELEN

Kya janwaron ki qurbani karna yeh un par zulm hai ?

Gairon (Non Muslims) ka kehna hai ke islam ka yeh tareeqah raham ke khilaf hai yeh sahih hai ?

JAWAB

  1. Allah janwaron ka Maalik hai, Maalik ko Apni milkiyyat (property) me tasarruf (jo chahe woh) karne ka ikhtiyar hota hai, kisi dusre ke fate huve kapde ko faadna bhi zulm hai lekin malik apne behtareen kapde ko apne kaam ke liye faad de use koi zulm nahin kehta. musalmano ko Janwaron ke paida karnewale aur maalik Allah ne qurbani karne ka hukm Qur’an me Surah e Kawsar me “وانحر ” Qurbani karo keh kar diya hai is liye Qurbani karte hain.
  2. Qurbani har mazhab me balidaan, bhog, balee, bhet chadhana wagerah naam se maujud hai.
  3. Murghi, Machhli, Zinge wagerah jaandar ko dusre mazhab wale bhi maarte aur khate hai, to fir aetraz musalmano par hi kyun ?Maachhiyon se kyun darte ho?
  4. Sabziyan (vegetables), phalon(fruits), phoolon(flowers), me bhi jaan hai, unko bhi hawa, paani aur roshni ki zarurat hai, science kehta hai woh bhi jaandar hai, jeev dayaa karne jaoge to ise khana bhi chhodna padega. chhote jeev me bardashat ki taqat chhoti hoti hai, bade jeev me bardashat ki taqat badi hoti hai, isliye taklif pahonchne me chhota jeev aur bada jeev yaksa(similar) hai farj karna galat hai
  5. Islam mazhab duniya ke har kone ke liye hai, jahaan sirf baraf hi baraf aur registaan (desert) hi registaan ho jahaan sabjiyan nahin hoti, wahaan ke logon ko janwar zabah karne se manaa kiya jaye to log kya khayenge?
  6. Gosht (non-veg) khana fitaree(naturally) chiz hai, is liye Allah ne insaan ko faad khane wale janwar ki tarah uppar ke 2 naukile daant (teeth)aur chabane ke liye gol darhen dee hain. sabzi khanewale janwar ko na naukile dant diye, na gol darhen dee, balke sab daant sidhe aur chapti darhen dee. lihaza yeh naukile(poited) tinne daant aur gol darhen sabzi khane nahindee hai, balke gosht khane dee hai.
  7. janwar ko zabah na karte to bhi woh ek na ek din bimari me mubtala ho kar tadap tadap ke zarur marta woh hamesha nahin jita hai. zabah karne se use aasaan maut milti hai. isiliye apni samajh me aasan maut hi ke liye ba’az insan khudkushi-aatmhatya karte hain. taake bimari ki taklif uthani na pade.
  8. Jo janwar baanjh hai bachche nahin jante, doodh (milk) nahin dete aur budhe-kamzor ho gaye hain unko ghas charah khilane me ghas charah kam hota hai, paise bhi zayea hote hain. aur behtar janwaron ke chare ka haq kam ho jata hai. Ya to baahar charne ke liye chhodne me plastic ki theliyan khakar marti hain
    Aql yeh kehti hai ke aise janwaron ko zabah kar dena chahiye taake ghas charah achchhe janwaron ko mile aur us se un janwaron ki sihhat wa tandurasti me izafah ho aur doodh me badhotari(ziyadati) ho. aisa karna un achchhe janwar par raham hai.
  9. Zulm ka matlab sirf taklif pahonchana ho to har qaum ko khatmal, machchhar, chooha wagaira taklif pahonchane wale janwar ko sirf bhagane ki ya pakad ke kahin chhod aane ki dawa ya machine isteamal karni chahiye, iske bajaye jaan se maar dalte hai, is ki ma’amuli taklif jis se insan ki jaan ka khatra nahin apni raahat ke liye maar dalte hain pataa yeh chala ke insan sab se behtar makhluq(jeev) hai apne fayde ke liye adna-(ma’amuli) makhluq(jeev) ko maar sakta hai.
  10. janwar ka doodh har Qaum peeti hai baawajood iske ke woh us janwar ke bachche ka haq hai, jab yeh zulm nahin to gosht khana kaise zulm hoga!
  11. Janwar ko apni mehnat ki kamai se lakar us ki khidmat kar ke fitri raham ki wajah se dil na chahte huve use zabah karte hain isme musalman apne jazbat ”maal se muhabbat, janwar se muhabbat, fitaree raham yeh sab rooh aur aatma ki khwahish ki Allah ke hukm ke samne Qurbani deta hai andar ke jazbaat (feelings) ki Qurbani janwar ko zabah kar ke zahir karta hai.”
  12. Janwar ko kaata na jaata to ek din khud mar ke mitti me mil kar barbad ho jaata ham khakar use apne jism aur dil me jaga dete hain uska hissah banaa lete hain, yeh unke saath achchha sulook hai. Aur bhi bahot si daleelen hain ek dozen par bas karta hun isse saabit huva janwar ko zabah karna un par na zulm hai na raham ke khilaf hai.
