Janwar Qurbani ke layik hai ya nahin uski pahchan Daant Se Hoti Hai, Agar Bakre Mein Upar ke do dant Hai Ek Saal Ka yaqeeni Hai, Kyun ke aam to per sava Saal me daant Aate Hain, aur bade janwar me niche darmiyan ke do daant dusre Daanton ke muqabale mein bilkul numaya hote Hai, is tor par ke woh upar se Thode tedhe ya chodhe hote hai, aam Tor par Sawa do saal Mein Aate Hain, lekin Agar kisi janwar ke Pakke daant Na aaye Ho lekin yaqeeni tor par uski Umar Qurbani ke layak hone ka ilm ho to uski Qurbani bhi durust hai.

Ba’az log badey janwar me Allah ka hissa rakhne ke mutalliq puchhte hai to ye baat yaad rahe ke tamaam hisse aur tamaam qurbaniyan Allah ta’ala ke liye hi hoti hai, urf (bol-chaal ke riwaj me) ‘mera hissa’ ‘fulaan ke naam ka janwar’ bol diya jata hai, haqiqat me niyyat ye honi chahiye ke fulaan ki taraf se hissa ya qurbani Allah ta’ala ke liye me zabah karta hun.

Hamare yahaan u.k. Me 10 zil hijjah ya’ani eid ka din ho aur hamen apni qurbani india me usee din karni ho, halan ke us din india me 9 zilhijjah ho to hamari qurbani india me us din ho sakti hai ya nahin ?

Agar makkah me 13 zil hijjah ho ya’ani qurbani ka waqt nikal gaya ho aur india me 12 zil hijjah ho ya’ani qurbani ka waqt baaki ho to is surat me agar koi haji apni qurbani india me karaye to sahih hogi ya nahin ?

Jabtak ke india me
Qurbani ke din shuru’a na ho yahan dusre mulk walon ki qurbani sahih nahin hai. Kyun ke qurbani sahih hone ke liye malik aur janwar dono ka fil jumlah aetibar hai ya’ani muakkil ya’ani qurbani karvane wale par qurbani ka wujoob aana chahiye aur janwar jahan hai wahan qurbani ka waqt hona chahiye. Puchhi hui surat me uk wala jo qurbani karva raha hai us ke zimme to qurbani ka wujoob aa gaya hai lekin india me jahan janwar hai wahan qurbani ka waqt nahin aaya hai lihaza uk wale ki qurbani india me 9 zihijjah ko ek din pehle nahin ho sakti hai qurbani sahih hone ke liye india me bhi 10 zihijjah hona zaruri hai.

Mazkoorah surat me qurbani sahih hai us ki pehli wajah

Makkah me 13 zil hijjah hone ki surat me sababe wujoob ya’ani jiske zimme qurbani ho uska qurbani ke dinon me qurbani par qadir hona yeh us haji ke haq me pehle hi se paya gaya aur dusri shart wujoobe adaa ya’ani qurbani ke waqt ka maujud hona. Janwar india me maujud hai yeh shart bhi yahan pai gayi lihaza bila shak woh haji apni qurbani ka vakil kisi ko india me bana de to 12 zil hijjah ko bhi us ki qurbani sahih hai.

Dusri wajah agar woh qurbani ka vakil banane wala khud 13 zilhijjah ko makkah se safar kar ke india aata aur yahan12 zilhijjah ko qurbani karta to durust tha to wahan rehkar vakil banaye to batarike awla hoga.

Kya janwaron ki qurbani karna yeh un par zulm hai ?

Gairon (Non Muslims) ka kehna hai ke islam ka yeh tareeqah raham ke khilaf hai yeh sahih hai ?

  1. Allah janwaron ka Maalik hai, Maalik ko Apni milkiyyat (property) me tasarruf (jo chahe woh) karne ka ikhtiyar hota hai, kisi dusre ke fate huve kapde ko faadna bhi zulm hai lekin malik apne behtareen kapde ko apne kaam ke liye faad de use koi zulm nahin kehta. musalmano ko Janwaron ke paida karnewale aur maalik Allah ne qurbani karne ka hukm Qur’an me Surah e Kawsar me “وانحر ” Qurbani karo keh kar diya hai is liye Qurbani karte hain.
  2. Qurbani har mazhab me balidaan, bhog, balee, bhet chadhana wagerah naam se maujud hai.
  3. Murghi, Machhli, Zinge wagerah jaandar ko dusre mazhab wale bhi maarte aur khate hai, to fir aetraz musalmano par hi kyun ?Maachhiyon se kyun darte ho?
  4. Sabziyan (vegetables), phalon(fruits), phoolon(flowers), me bhi jaan hai, unko bhi hawa, paani aur roshni ki zarurat hai, science kehta hai woh bhi jaandar hai, jeev dayaa karne jaoge to ise khana bhi chhodna padega. chhote jeev me bardashat ki taqat chhoti hoti hai, bade jeev me bardashat ki taqat badi hoti hai, isliye taklif pahonchne me chhota jeev aur bada jeev yaksa(similar) hai farj karna galat hai
  5. Islam mazhab duniya ke har kone ke liye hai, jahaan sirf baraf hi baraf aur registaan (desert) hi registaan ho jahaan sabjiyan nahin hoti, wahaan ke logon ko janwar zabah karne se manaa kiya jaye to log kya khayenge?
  6. Gosht (non-veg) khana fitaree(naturally) chiz hai, is liye Allah ne insaan ko faad khane wale janwar ki tarah uppar ke 2 naukile daant (teeth)aur chabane ke liye gol darhen dee hain. sabzi khanewale janwar ko na naukile dant diye, na gol darhen dee, balke sab daant sidhe aur chapti darhen dee. lihaza yeh naukile(poited) tinne daant aur gol darhen sabzi khane nahindee hai, balke gosht khane dee hai.
  7. janwar ko zabah na karte to bhi woh ek na ek din bimari me mubtala ho kar tadap tadap ke zarur marta woh hamesha nahin jita hai. zabah karne se use aasaan maut milti hai. isiliye apni samajh me aasan maut hi ke liye ba’az insan khudkushi-aatmhatya karte hain. taake bimari ki taklif uthani na pade.
  8. Jo janwar baanjh hai bachche nahin jante, doodh (milk) nahin dete aur budhe-kamzor ho gaye hain unko ghas charah khilane me ghas charah kam hota hai, paise bhi zayea hote hain. aur behtar janwaron ke chare ka haq kam ho jata hai. Ya to baahar charne ke liye chhodne me plastic ki theliyan khakar marti hain
    Aql yeh kehti hai ke aise janwaron ko zabah kar dena chahiye taake ghas charah achchhe janwaron ko mile aur us se un janwaron ki sihhat wa tandurasti me izafah ho aur doodh me badhotari(ziyadati) ho. aisa karna un achchhe janwar par raham hai.
  9. Zulm ka matlab sirf taklif pahonchana ho to har qaum ko khatmal, machchhar, chooha wagaira taklif pahonchane wale janwar ko sirf bhagane ki ya pakad ke kahin chhod aane ki dawa ya machine isteamal karni chahiye, iske bajaye jaan se maar dalte hai, is ki ma’amuli taklif jis se insan ki jaan ka khatra nahin apni raahat ke liye maar dalte hain pataa yeh chala ke insan sab se behtar makhluq(jeev) hai apne fayde ke liye adna-(ma’amuli) makhluq(jeev) ko maar sakta hai.
  10. janwar ka doodh har Qaum peeti hai baawajood iske ke woh us janwar ke bachche ka haq hai, jab yeh zulm nahin to gosht khana kaise zulm hoga!
  11. Janwar ko apni mehnat ki kamai se lakar us ki khidmat kar ke fitri raham ki wajah se dil na chahte huve use zabah karte hain isme musalman apne jazbat ”maal se muhabbat, janwar se muhabbat, fitaree raham yeh sab rooh aur aatma ki khwahish ki Allah ke hukm ke samne Qurbani deta hai andar ke jazbaat (feelings) ki Qurbani janwar ko zabah kar ke zahir karta hai.”
  12. Janwar ko kaata na jaata to ek din khud mar ke mitti me mil kar barbad ho jaata ham khakar use apne jism aur dil me jaga dete hain uska hissah banaa lete hain, yeh unke saath achchha sulook hai. Aur bhi bahot si daleelen hain ek dozen par bas karta hun isse saabit huva janwar ko zabah karna un par na zulm hai na raham ke khilaf hai.

Zul hijjah ke chand hone ke baad jiske zimme qurbaani ho use baal aur naakhoon eid ki namaaz aur uski qurbaani hone tak na kaatna mustahab hai. taake qurbaani ka janwar uske har har juz (hissah) ka badal aur fidyah ho jaaye, aur Allah ta’ala ki rahmat se us aadmi ke jism ka koi hissah mahroom na rahe,

Jin logon ke zimme qurbaani nahin hai woh bhi qurbaani karne walon ki aur Haj me gaye huve hajiyon ki mushabahat (copy) ikhtiyaar karenge to woh bhi un par naazil hone wali rahmat se Insha’Allah mahroom na rahenge,

Lekin koi apne baal aur nakhoon katega, to na gunehgaar hoga, na qurbaani me koi kharaabi aayegi, is par wajib ki tarah amal karna aur aisa na karne walon ko tokna sahih nahin hai,

Jo cheez jis darajah me saabit ho usko usee darajah me rakhna chahiye.

Note: jiske zere naaf <duti ke niche ke baal> aur bagal ke balon par 40 roz guzar gaye ho to woh shakhs is mustahab par hargiz amal na kare agar woh katne me 40 din se ziyadah takheer karega to gunehgar hoga.

Janwar tol Ke tole jaane wali chizon Mein dakhil Nahin Hai, is liye hidayah aur fathul qadeer Alamgiri Vagairah mein is muaamle ko Na-Jaiz likha hai.

Na Jaiz Hone ki vajah yah Hai Ki mamle se pahle a na janwar ka vajan Maloom hota hai na uski qimat Maloom hoti hai, To yah Muaamla majhool- na Maloom Ho Gaya, Lekin Jab Janwar ko Tol liya Jaaye us Waqt uska ka vajan aur aur qimat maloom hokar jahalat khatm Ho Jaati Hai.

Rahi Baat Vajan se janwar ka Mukammal Gosht Maloom Nahin Hota Hai, janwar Sukadkar kar yaa Sans fula kar ghata Badha deta hai to yah thodi si jahalat Maaf hai, urf Yaanai Bazar ka Aisa riwaj jis mein kharidar aur Bechne wala donon Razi hai, lihaja yah Mamla aakhirkar saheeh ho jayega.

Darul Darul Uloom Deoband ke jaise Na Jaiza hone ka Fatwa hai vaise hi Upar Di gai tafseel ke sath jawaz ka bhi Fatwa mawjud hai, us par bhi amal ki gunjaish hai Lekin Qurbani Ek Ibadat Hai jis ko saheeh tareeqe se ada karna hi taqwa hai, jo us ka maqsood hai, lihaza jab tak ho sake is ikhtilaafi tariqe se Bachana chahiye aur aehtiyat ka pehlu ikhtiyar karna chahiye.

Qurbani karne ki kya fazeelat hai?

Hazrat Aishah رضی اللہ عنھا se riwayat hai ke Huzur صلہ اللہ علیہ وسلم ne irshad farmaya ke:-

*Zil hijjah ki 10 tarikh ya’ani eidul azha ke din insan ka koi amal Allah ta’ala ko qurbani se ziyadah mahbub nahin hai aur qurbani ka janwar qiyamat ke din apne singo aur baalo our khurro ke saath zindah ho kar aayega aur qurbani ka khun zamin per girne se pehle Allah ta’ala ki razaa aur maqbuliyat ke maqaam per pahonch jaata hai, pas ae khuda ke bando dil ki poori khushi se qurbaniyan kiya karo.

Dusri riwayat me hai ke qurbani ke janwar ke har baal ke badle me ek neki milegi sahaabah radiyAllahu anhum ne arz kiya ya rasoolallah uun ki bhi yahi fazilat hai? (uun barik hone ki wajah se bahut hota hai)
Huzoor ﷺ ne farmaya:-
Haan har unn ke baal ke badale me bhi ek neki hai.

ISTINJAA KARNE KA HUKM‘: Agar peshab aur pakhana nikalne ki jagah se aaju baju faila nahi hai, na-paaki sirf nikalne ki jagah par hi lagi hai, to istinjaa karna sunnat hai.

Agar na-paaki nikalne ki jagah se aage badh gayi hai, aur woh nikalne ki jagah ko chhod kar andaza kiya jaaye, to patli najaasat dirham ya’ani hatheli ki gehrayi se ziyadah na faili ho, to bhi uska dhona sunnat hai, aur hatheli ki gehrayi se ziyadah faili ho, to uska dhona waajib hai, aur garhi (thick) najasat ho to uska failav nahin dekhenge; balke uska wazan dekhenge, uska wazan ek dirham ya’ani 4 gram 374 mili gram se ziyadah ho, to uska dhona waajib hai, aisi najasat ke saath na masjid me aana jaiz, na uski namaz hogi.

Haan dirham se kam hogi to uska dhona sunnat hai, to us haalat me masjid me aa sakte hain, namaz bhi ho jayegi; lekin us kam najasat ka bhi dho lena behtar hai, pura gusal karne ki zarurat nahin.

Itikaf kise kehte hai ?

Aur aurton ko Itikaf karne ka kiya tareeqah hai?

JAWAB:

  • Aadmi ka Aitekaf ki niyyat se aisi masjid me thaherna jis me paancho 5 waqt ki namaz baa-jamaat hoti ho.
  • Aurat ko apne ghar ki masjid me Aitekaf karna chahiye.
  • Agar ghar me koi jagah masjid ke liye mutayyan na ho to koi kone (corner) ko makhsus (tay) kar den.
  • Aurton ke liye Aitikaf ba-nisbat mardon ke ziyada sahal (aasaan, easy) hai ke ghar me bethe bethe ghar ka karobar bhi ghar ki ladkiyon se leti rahe aur muft ka sawab bhi leti rahe, Magar iske bawajud bhi aurten is sunnat se goya bilkul hi mahrum rehti hai.

Hanfiyyah ke nazdik Aitekaf ki teen 3 surten hai,

  1. Wajib jo kisi mannat ya nazar ki wajah se ho, jaise yun kahe ke mera fulaan kaam ho gaya to itne din ka Aitekaf karunga, ya bagair kisi kaam par mawkuf rakhne ke yun kahe ke meine itne din ka Aitekaf apne upar laazim kar liya to ye Wajib hai, aur jitne dino ki niyyat ki hai utna pura karna wajib hai.
  2. Dusri surat Aitekaf ki Sunnat hai, Jo Ramzanul Mubarak ke aakhri ashre-das din ka hai ke nabi e kareem sallallahu alayhi wasallam ki aadate sharifa in ayyam ke Aitekaf farmane ki thi.
  3. Teesra nafl Aitekaf, Jiske liye na koi waqt, na ayyam ki miqdaar, jitna ji chahe kar len, hatta ke koi shakhs tamam umr ka Aitekaf ki niyyat kar len tab bhi jaiz hai.

ISI TARAH HAR DUROOD PADHNE WALE KO DAFAN HOTE WAQT ALLAH YE MAHSOOS KARA DE TO US KI SHAN SE BAEED NAHI HAI.

YE BAAT TO SIRF IS BAAT KO HAMARI SAMJH SE QAREEB KARNE HAI WARNA WOH AALAME BARZAKH HAI US KE AHWAL KO US AALAM PAR QIYAAS NAHI KIYA JA SAKTA HAI.

 

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم اللهم صلَّ وسلّم وبارك على سيدنا محمد النبىّ الامى , الحبيب العالي القدر , العظيم الجاه وعلى آله وصحبه وسلّم .هذه صلاة العالي القدر نقل الشيخ الصاوي في شرحه على صلوات الدردير والعلاّمة محمد الامير الصغير في ثبته عن الامام السيوطي أن من لازم عليها كل ليلة جمعة ولو مرة لم يلحده في قبره الا النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم وذكرلها فوائد هذاالسيد احمد دحلان في مجموعته بابسط مما ذكر ونص عبارته: (ومن الصيغ الفاضلة التي ذكر كثير من العارفين ان من داوم عليها ليلة الجمعة ولو مرة واحدة ينكشف لروحه مثال روح النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم عند الموت وعند دخول القبر حتى يرى ان النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم هو الذي يلحده

 

, قال بعض العارفين وينبغي لمن داوم عليها ان يقرأها كل ليلة عشر مرات وليلة الجمعة مائة مرة حتى يفوز بهذا الفضل والخير الجسيم ان شاء الله تعالى وهى هذه

قال وكان شيخنا العارف بالله تعالى سيدي الشيخ عثمان الدمياطي افاض الله عليه سحائب الرحمة والرضوان يقول (العلىُّ القدر)

 

ويذكر انه تلقاها كذلك وكان يذكر لها فضائل كثيره ويواضب على قرائتها خلف كل صلاة مرة او ثلاث مرات ويزيد على ذلك زيادة في وسطها تلقّاها عن بعض اشياخه ويذكر ان فيها فضائل وتصير بها الصلاة جامعة للدعاء والاستغفار والصلاة على النبى المختار صلى الله عليه وسلم وهذه الكيفية التي كان يأتي بها

 

( اللهم صل على سيدنا محمد النبى الامي الحبيب العلىّ القدر , العظيم الجاه وأغنني بفضلك عمّن سواك وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم اللهم أعني على ذكرك وشكرك وحسن عبادتك والطف بي فيما جرت به المقادير واغفر لي ولجميع المسلمين وارحمني واياهم برحمتك الواسعة في الدين والدنيا والآخرة ياكريم يارحيم ) ماكان يترك هذه الصلاة بهذه الصيغة خلف كل صلاة بعد قراءة آية الكرسي سواء كانت الصلاة فرضا او نفلا في حضر او سفر ويذكر انه يرى لها من العجائب مالا يعلم قدره الا الله تعالى

 

. وذكر بعضهم في الصيغة المذكورة زيادة ( بقدر عظمة ذاتك) , ولفظها اللهم صل على سيدنا محمد النبى الامى , الحبيب العالي القدر , العظيم الجاه بقدر عظمة ذاتك وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم ) وبالجملة فالصلاة على النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم نافعة بأى صيغة كانت ولاشىء انفع لتنوير القلوب ووصول المريدين الى الله تعالى منها فأن المواضب على الصلاة على النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم يحصل له انوار كثيرة وببركتها يتصل بالنبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو يجتمع بمن يوصله اليه خصوصا اذا كان مع الاستقامة وخصوصا في آخر الازمان عند قلة المرشدين والتباس الأمور على الناس فمن أراد هداية الخلق وارشادهم فعليه أن يأمر الناس عوامهم وخواصهم بالاستغفار والصلاة على النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم .

Surah e kahaf jumerat ki magrib baad jo chand ke aetibar se juma ki raat hoti hai us waqt se juma ke din suraj Guroob hone tak padh sakte hai.

Juma ki namaz zawal ke baad foran har mosam me padhna huzoor sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki hamesh ki sunnat hai baz hanfi log ek,dedh ghante baad padhte hai ye galat tareeqa hai ye huzoor sallallahu alaihi ki daaimee-hamesh ki sunnat ke khilaf hai is ko badalna zarooree hai allah islaah ki taufeeq ata farmaye.
(Rahee baat Bayan zawal se pehle ya zawal ke baad aadhe ghante tak hee karwana chahiye.)
