Aisi haalat me chand huffaze kiraam aur naazira khwaa islami madrase ke bachchon ko Isaale Sawab ke liye apne ghar bula kar ke ya madrasah me quran khwaani kara sakte hai ya nahi ?

Un ko kabhi sheereeni-sinni ya dawat khilate hai to is ka kya hukm hai ?

Qur’aan Khwaani ke zariye Isaale Sawab karna Baaise Ajro-sawab hai.

Magar us me Da’awat va sheereeni vagairah taqseem karna jaaiz nahi.
(kyun ke woh quraan ka aewaz aur badla ho jata hai)

Aur gharon par khaas quraan padhne ke liye jamaa karne ka suboot na hone ki wajha se jaiz nahi,

aur madrasah ke taleem ke awqat me khas quran khawani karana bhi jaiz nahi.
(Jahan quran bachche padhte hee hai un se padhe huwe quran ka isale sawab karwa lena, magfirat ki dua kara lena jaiz hai)

Imam va Mudarris hazraat ki kam az kam mahana (Monthly) tankhvah kitni rakhni zaroori hai ?

Asal mazhab yah hai ke kisi ta’at e maqsoodah (farz ibadat) per ujrat lena jaiz nahin. Magar jis ta’at me hameshgi ya pabandi ki zaroorat hai aur shiyar e deen me se hai ke unke bandh hone se deen me khalal (kami) laazim aavegi aur waise kisiko mohlat (time) nahi iski pabandi karne ke liye, lihaza aise umoor ko is qaidah se alag kar diya hai, Imamat aur tadrise Qur’an va fiqah bhi Inhi umoor me se hai.(Shami- 38/5)


Jab ek shakhsh tamaam umoor se kinara kash ho kar apne aap ko imamat aur tadris Qur’an va fiqah me mashgul kiye huve hai to musalmano ko bhi chahiye ke uski zarooriyat e zindagi ki kafalat poori kare aur kam az kam usko itni tankhvah de ke jisse uski zaat aur uske ahlo ayal (jinka nafqa- kharcha usper wajib hai) ka gujran ho sake,(is me naya purana dekha na jaaye zaroorat dekhi jaaye)
