aur puchhi huwi surat me majlis haqeeqat me alag alag hai.

isliye nikah saheeh nahi.

Me computer ki tijarat shuroo karne jaa raha hun, aur khud computer engineer hun, mujhe tijarat shuroo karne se pahle deeni aetibar se kya karna chahiye?

(1) Islam ne zindagi ke har sho’abe ke liye rehnumai ki hai. Insaan ke liye zaruri hai ke woh jis sho’abe me daakhil ho uske baare me ahkaam e shariat ki vaaqifiyat hasil karne ki koshish kare.

Chunanche Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi va Aalihi Wasallam ne Irshad Farmaya ke: Har musalman par Ilm ka haasil karna farz hai.

(2) Isme woh tamam uloom shaamil hain jin ki Deen par amal karne ke liye zarurat pade ya jo rozi kamane ke liye haasil karna zaruri hai.

“Ilm ka itni miqdaar me haasil karna farz hai jis ki zarurat ho.

Aise kaamo ke silsile me jo uske liye uske bagair chara na ho, jaise wuzu, namaz dusre sharaee ahkaam aur ma’ashi umoor- gharelu masail

(3) Computer ki tijarat ke liye bhi bahot se sharaee masail ho sakte hain, jaise soodi len-den se bachna, mahfooz programo ki chori se parhez karna, Agar computer ke saath saath CD bhi faraham karte ho to akhlaaq ko bigadne wali CD’s ki kharido farokht se bachna.

Pas Aap sab se pahle tijarat aur bilkhusoos apne shoebe ke mutualliq masail va ahkam ki vaqfiyat haasil karne ki koshish karen aur us baat ka pukhta iradah rakhe ke jhoot, dhoka, aur bad-dayanati se apne aap Ko bachaenge.

Balke fuqahaa (masail ke maahireen) ne likha hai ke jab tak aadmi khareedo farokht ke ahkaam se vaaqif na ho jaae use tijarat shuru na karni chahiye.
