Albattah jamat se qaza namaz masjid me padh raga ho to azan aur iqamat na kahe, is me apne namaz chhodne ka gunah ka izhar hai.

han akela qaza padhe to itni aahista awaz se kahe ke sirf khud sun le.

Kiya train me namaz padhna ho to qibla rukh hona aur qiyam -khade ho kar namaz padhna zarooree hai?

Train me namaz kisi jankstion(woh jaga jahan train zatada der rukti hai) ya station par utar kar namaz padhni chahiye.

Station aane ka intizar kiya jaye agar namaz waqt makrooh ya qaza hone ka khatra ho to train me hee khade ho kar qibla rukh namaz padhe.puree namaz me akhirvtak wibla rukh hona zarooree hai.jaise jaise train qibla rukh se ghume namazee ko bhi chahiye woh bhi chalu namaz me qible ki taraf ghum jaye.

Bhid bahot zayada ho jis se qibla rukh hona mumkin na ho  ya khade hokar namaz padhne me gir jane ya zayada mashaqqat ho to farz namaz bhi beth kar padhne ki gunjaish hai.agar itni bheed hai ke harkat bhi na kar sake rukooa, sajda ka isharah  kar ke namaz ishare se padhe.aese haalaat me bhi namaz chhodne ki ijazat nahee

Not: baaz traino me darwaze paas zayada  jaga hoti hai wahan do do ki jamat bhi aasani se kar sakte hai.

samne se gair muslim log guzarte ho to  bhi namaz ho jayegi.ise uzr na samjhe.

Jaldi ho to qadah me koi bhi mukhtasar durood padhe.duaa e masoorah ki jaga koi bhi chhoti duaa masalan allah hummag fir lee padh ke salam fer de.

Wuzu me teen martaba se ziyadah a’aza dhona kaisa hai?

Wuzu me a’azaa ko teen martaba se ziyadah dhone ki chand surten hain.

1⃣. Agar teen se ziyadah is e’atekad se dho raha hai ke yah sawab ya sunnat hai to makruhe tahrimi (haraam ke qarib) hai.

2⃣. Agar yeh e’atikad nahin magar bila wajah kar raha hai to bekaar hone ki wajah se makruhe tanzihi hai.

3⃣. Agar kabhi shak ko door karne aur dil ke itminaan ke khatir teen se ziyadah baar dho liya to koi karahat nahin.

4⃣. Albatta masjid aur madarsah ke waqaf paani se teen baar se ziyadah dhona haraam (gunahe kabeerah) hai.

Aajkal masjid ke paani se khususan pairon ko teen martaba se ziyadah dhoya jaata hai, koi shumar hi nahin bas paani dalte hi jate hain. lihaza isse bachne ka ehtimaam kare kyun ke Hazrat Mufti Mahmood Hasan gangohee رحمت اللہ علیہ farmate the ke wuzu me paani fuzool kharch karne se namaz ka khushu’a (dhiyan) khatm ho jata hai.

Namaz me makroohe tahrimi kyaa kyaa hai ?

Makruhe tahrimi se namaz ka sawab is ke darjat ke aetibar se kam ho jata hai
Baaz muhtaat muftiyane ikraam aisi namaz ko Jald se jald waqt ke andar aur waqt nikalne baad bhi lotana wajib kehte ke hai.
Aor baaz baaz muftiyane ikraam ye kehte hai ke aisee chizo me namaz karahat ke saath poori ho jaayegi dohrana wajib nahi.

Ehtiyaat yehi samajh me aati hai ke namaz dohra le.

Namaz ke aise makruhe tahrimi hasbe zail hai.👇

🔴(1) sadl yani kapdon ko latkaana jese chaadar, saal, sar par daal kar us ke dono kinaare latkaa dena, ya kafni ya kot ya sherwaani biger us ke ki aastino me haath daale jaae kandho par daal lena.
Takhnon ke niche pent latkane ko bhi Allamah ibne shami ne sadl me shumar kar ke makruhe tahrimi kaha hai.

🔴(2) kapdon ko mitti se ya astari kharab hone se bachaane ke liye haath se rokna ya sametna.

🔴(3) apne kapdon ya badan se khelna jaise nakhun chhilna, naak ko ungli se kuredna.

🔴(4) paakhana ya peshaab ki haajat hone ki haalat me namaaz padhna.

🔴(5) mardo ko apne baalo ko sar par jama karke chota baandhna. aurto ko aesa kar ke namaaz padhna behtar he.

🔴(6) kankariyo ko bar bar hataana, lekin agar sajdah karna mushkil ho to ek baar hataane me haraj nahi.

🔴(7) ungliyaan chtakhaana ya ek haath ki ungliyan dusre haath ki ungliyon me daalna.

🔴(8) kamar ya kokh ya kulhe par haath rakhna.

🔴 (9) qible ki taraf se munh pher kar dekhna makruhe tahrimi aur sirf nigaah Kanakhniyon-dide se idhar-udhar dekhna makruhe tanzihi hai

🔴(10) kutte ki tarah bethna, yani rane khari karke bethna aur raano ko pet se aur ghutno ko sine se mila lena aur haatho ko zamin par rakh lena. sirf panje par bethna makruhe tanzihi hai

🔴(11) sajdo me dono kalaaiyo ko zamin par bichhaa lena mard ke liye makruh he.

🔴(12) kisi aese aadmi ki taraf namaaz padhna jo namaazi ki taraf munh kiye betha ho.

🔴(13) aesi saf ke piche akele khada hona jis me jagah khaali ho.

🔴(14) chaadar ya koee aur kapda is tarah lapet kar namaaz padhna ki jaldi se haath na nikal sake.

🔴 (15) Kuhniyon tak aastin chadha kar namaz padhna.
Agar jaldi me na utari ho to namaz ke dauran hi ek hath se waqfe waqfe se -thaher thaher ke utar le, ek rukn -tin baar sub’han rabiyyal azeem kaha jaye itni der tak lagatar na utare.

Namaz me makruh e tanzihi kyaa kyaa hai ?

Makruh woh chiz hai jisse namaaz to nahin tutti lekin sawaab kam ho jaata hai aur gunaah hota hai,
makruh e tazihee woh na munasib kaam hai jis se bachna behtar hai, us namaz ko waqt ke andar aur waqt ke baad loutana mustahab hai.

Namaz ke makruh e tanzihi hasbe zail hai.👇

(1) mamuli kapdo me jinhe pahan kar majma me jaana pasand nahin kiyaa jaata, namaaz padhna.

(2) munh me rupyah ya paisa ya aur koi chiz rakh kar namaaz padhna. jis ki wajah se qiraat karne se majbur na rahe, aur agar qiraat se majburi ho jaae to bilukul namaaz na hogi.

(3) susti aur be parwaahi ki wajah se nange sar namaaz padhna.

(4) haath ya sar ke ishaare se salaam ka jawaab dena.

(5) binaa majburi chaar zaanu ya alti palti (palaati) maar kar baithna.

(6) iraadah kar ke jamaaee (bagaasah) lena ya rok sakne ki haalat me na rokna.

(7) aankho ko bandh karna, lekin agar namaaz me dil lag ne ke liye bandh kare to makruh nahin.

(8) imam ka mehraab ke andar khada hona, lekin agar qadam mehraab se baahar ho to makruh nahin, akele imam ka aek haath unchi jagah par khada hona aur agar uske saath kuchh muqtadi bhi ho to makruh nahin.

(9) aayate ya surte ya tasbih ungliyo par ginna.

(10) namaaz me angraaee lena ya’ani susti utaarna.

(11) imaamah ke pech-nok par sajadah karna.

(12) jis jagah yeh dar ho ke koi namaaz me hansaa degaa, khayaal hat jaaega to namaaz me bhul chuk ho jaaegi, aisi jagah namaaz padhna.

(13) jab bahut bhuk lagi ho aur khaana tayyaar ho to pehle khaale tab namaaz padhe. Bagair khaana khaae namaaz padhna makruh hai. Haan! Agar waqt tang hone lage to pehle namaaz padh le.

(14) sunnate ke khilaaf namaaz me koee kaam karna.

(15) dusri rakat ko pehli rakat se ziyaadah lambi karna.

(16) kisi namaaz me koee surat muqarrar kar lena ke hameshah woh padhaa kare, koee aur surat kabhi na padhe.

(17) Khule sar namaz padhna agar susti ki wajah se hai to makruh e tanzihi hai. Agar takabbur Ya fashion ki wajah se hai jaise ke aajkal navjawano ki aafat hai ke topi hote huve bhi jeb (pocket) Me rakh lete hai ye tareeqah qabile mazammat hai Huzoor SALALLAHU ALAYHE WASALLAM ne aam haalat me aksar sar dhank kar hi namaz padhi hai.

is ummat ke liye zameen ko paak qarar diya gaya hai isliye sadak ,park wagairah ki jaga par jab tak napaki ka asar yani us ki bad bu ya rang dikhai na de to bagair kuchh bichhaye bhi namaz ada ho jayegi.agar wahan napaki kabhi hoti bhi to zameen aur sadak sukh jane se paak ho jati hai.

gurudware ya kisi non muslim ki mazhabi jaga par ho to wahan samne jandar ki tasweer ya murti ya qabr nahi honi chahiye kyun us me murti aur qabr ibadat ka shak hota hai.agar ho to tasweer ya murti par kapda dal diya jaye aur samne qabr ho us ke aage kursi wagairah ek foot ki koi cheez aad kar dee jaye pith ke pichhe ya dayen bayen qabr ho to koi haraj nahi.wahan ke zimmedaron ki ijazat ho to juma ki namaz imam ke sath 4 balig musalman mard ya us se zaid log ho aur wahan aur musalmanon ko aane ki ijazat ho darwaza khula ho bila uzr bandh na ho to juma sawal me puchhi gai tamam jagho par saheeh hai khutba dena bhi wajib hai khutba na aata ho to pehle khutbe alhamdu shareef aur dusre me attahiyyat padh li jaye to bhi khutba ada ho jayega.

Namaz ka faasid hone ka kya matlab?

Kin chizon Se faasid ho jaati hai(toot) jaati hai?

Namaz ke mufsidaat un chizo ko kehte hain jinse namaaz faasid ho jaati hai, ya’ani toot jaati hai aur use lotaana (dohrana, fir se padhna) zaruri hai jaan bujh kar ho ya bhul kar, har haal me namaaz toot jaati hai.
Namaz ke mufsidat hasabe zail hai

(1) Namaz me kalaam (baat) karna jaan bujh kar ho ya bhool kar, thoda ho ya bahot, har surat me Namaz toot jaati hai.

(2) Be zarurat khankhaar ne aur galaa saaf karne se jis se aek aadh harf (lafz) bhi paida ho jaaye to namaz toot jaati hai,
haan ! majburi ke waqt khankhaar na durust hai aur Namaz nahin tooti.

(3) Kisi khat ya kisi kitaab par nazar padi aur us ko apni zaban se nahin, lekin dil hi dil me matlab samajh gaya to Namaz nahin tooti,
haan ! Agar zaban se padh le to namaaz jaati rahegi.

(4) Salaam karna ya’ani kisi aadmi ko salaam karne ke iraadah se salaam ya Allah hafiz ya assalaamu alaikum ya isee jaisa koi lafz keh dena.

(5) Salaam ka jawaaab dena ya chhink ne waale ko yarhamukAllah ya namaz se baahar waale kisi aadmi ki dua par aamin kehna.

(6) Kisi buri khabar par ‘innaa lillaahi wa innaa ilaihi raajioon’ padhna ya kisi achchhi khabar par ‘subhaanAllah’ kehna.

(7) Dard ya ranj ki wajah se aah..
ya aoh… ya uff… karna.

(8) Apne imam ke siwaa kisi dusre ko luqmah dena ya’ani qiraat (galaty) bataana.

(9) Qur’an sharif dekh kar padhna.

(10) Qur’an majeed padhne me koi badi Galaty karna.

(11) Amale kasir karna ya’ani koi aisa kaam karna jin se dekh ne waale yeh samjhe ki yeh aadmi namaaz nahin padh rahaa hai. Masalan do haath se topi durust karna ya dono haath chhod kar aastin utaarna.

(12) Khana-peena iraade se ho ya bhool se. pehle hi se munh me koi cheez ho to Chane ke barabar ho to fasid aur munh ke bahaar se khaye to til ke barabar ho to bhi faasid hogi.

(13) Do safo ki miqdaar ke baraabar chalna.

(14) Qible ki taraf se binaa majburi sinah pher lena.

(15) Naapaak jagah par sajadah karna.

(16) Satar khul jaane ki haalat me ek rukn ya’ani teen baar subhaan rabbiyil a’ala kehne ki miqdaar therna.

(17) Dua me aisi cheez maangna jo aadmiyo se maangi jaati ho, jaise ya Allah mujhe aaj so (100) rupiye de de.

(18) Dard ya musibat ki wajah se is tarah rona ki aawaaz me huroof zaahir ho jaaye. Allah aur jahannam ke khof se aisa roye to fasid na hogi.

(19) Baalig aadmi ka namaaz me qahqahaa maar kar (pura mu khol kar) aawaaz se hansna.

(20) Imam khade rehne ki se aage badh jaana wagerah…

sawa satattar km door jane ka intizar galat hai.

Agar gaao ho to gaao kee aakhri had yaani qabrastan yaa khel kaa maidan wagera
Aor agar sheher wala ho to jis raaste se jaaraha ho us se Sheher ki aakhri had masalan by road ho to check post aor by train ho to sheher kaa aakhri station masalan Mumbai wala Surat ke liye nikle to miraroad station se guzar jaay.
