hadees shareef me us ki daleel, Abu humaid RadeeAllahu anhu se riwayat hai ke : apne bhai ka maal bagair haq ke halal nahi, aur woh isliye ke Allah ta’ala ne musalman ka maal musalman par haraam kiya hai.

Shareeat me har cheez ke aadab aur rahnumai hai to nikah ke kya aadab aur islami rahnumai hai?

Nikah ke aadab aur rahnumai niche likhe jate hai.
1.Achchhi niyyat (Nigah aur sharmgaah ki hifaazat aur nek awlad paida hone ki niyyat) se nikah karna.

2.Shadi karne me jaldi karna.

3.Nano nafqah-bivi ka roti, kapda, makan ke intizam ki taaqat ho to hi nikah karna.

4.Aurat ka apne wali-qareebi rishtedar ke zariye ke zariye paigaam bhijwana۔

5.Dusre ke paigaame nikah par apna paigaam na bhejna۔

6.Aorat ka apni shaukan ki talaaq ka mutaalaba na karna.

7.Shadi se pehle jis se nikah ka iraadah ho us ko ek nazar dekh lena.

8.Shadi se pehle aorat ki raay maloom karna.

9.Mard aur aorat ka dil ek duste ki taraf maail ho (aur koi sharee rukaawat na ho) to un ka aapas me nikaah kara dena۔

10.Deendaar aur achchhe akhlaaqwali shareeke hayaat ko pasand karna۔

11.kufu(yani nasab, deen, maal, dhandhe me barabari) ka khayal rakhna(taake mijaz, toro tareeq mile to jaghde paida na ho)

12.Zayada bachche jannewali aorat ko talash karna.

Nikhah ke baad nisbati bhai (saala) ya saali apne bahnui (bhaijan, jija) ke jute-chappal chhupa deta hain aur uske aewaz me paise mangte hain isee tarah biradar e nisbati apne behnoyi ko cold drink ya mithayi khilate hain aur uske badle me bhi paise mangte hain, aise paise lene dene ka kya hukm hai?

1. Nikah karne ka taqaza hai lekin bivi ke mahar aur uske rakhne ke liye paisa nahi hai to uske liye qarz lene ka kya hukm hai?

1. Jis shakhs ko nikah ka shadeed taqaza ho, aur filhaal uske paas maali vus’at na ho, to behtar hai ke qarz le kar nikah ka intizam kare.

Aur jo shakhs adaaigi ki niyyat se paak-daamni ke maqsad se qarz lekar nikah karega to Allah ki taraf se uski madad hogi inshallah.

Hadees shareef me Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ne Irshad farmaya ke: Teen (3) Shakhs ki madad karna Allah Ta’ala ne khood apne zimme me laazim kar rakha hai.

1. Allah ke raaste me jihaad karne waale.
2. Woh gulam jo apni aazadi ke liye qeemat adaa karna chahta ho.
3. Woh nikah karne wala jo paak-daamni chahta ho.

Is hadees shareef se maloom huva ke iffat va ismat-paak daamani ki hifazat aur zina se bachne ke liye jo shakhs nikah ka iradah karega, Allah ki madad uske shamile haal hogi. Inshallah Ta’ala.

Agar kisi ke pass Hajj ke safar ke baqadr maal jamaa ho jaae, aur use nikah ki bhi zaroorat ho, to use awwalan Hajj karna chahiye ya nikah?

Is baare me yah tafseel hai ke agar Abhi Hajj ke safar me der ho (Masalan : Sha’aban ya Muharram ke mahine me mall haasil ho, aur Hajj ke liye log Zul-Qadah me jaate hain) to pahle nikah karne ki ijazat hai.

Aur Hajj ka waqt qareeb ho to Nikah Ko muakhkhar karega, aur pahle Hajj ki adaigi karega.

Basharte ke Nikah Ko muakhkhar karne me gunah me mubtala hone ka yaqeen na ho, agar aisi kefiyat ho to bahar haal nikah Ko muqaddam Rakha jaaega.

Nikah ke liye shar’an koi mutayyan muddat nahi hai, balke umr ke kisi bhi hisse me nikah ho sakta hai. Albatta balaig hone se pahle ladka ya ladki khud nikah ka aqd nahi kar sakte. Balke unke wali (Waalid, ya Dada Vagairah) unki maslihaton ko madde nazar rakh kar nikah kar sakte hain,

Saheeh ahadees ke mutabiq ummul Mu’minin Hazrat Aaishah (Radiyallahu Ta’ala Anha) ka Nikah 6 saal ki umr me unke walid Hazrat Abubakkar Siddeeq (Radiyallahu Ta’ala Anhu) ne Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi va Aalihi Wasallam ke saath kar diya tha. Aur 9 saal ki umr me aap Radiyallahu Ta’ala Anha ki rukhsati amal me aai.

Lihaza jab ladka ladki dono baalig ho jaae aur huqooqe zavjiyyat ki adaaigi par qaadir ho jaae aur munasib rishta mil jaae to fauran nikah kar lena behtar hai. fitnon se bachane ka behtreen raasta yahee hai

(NOTE: India ke new law ke aetibar se 15 saal ki ladki ka nikah bhi qanoon bhi saheeh hai. wakil imran malik surat.)

Ladki aur ladke ke Nikah karne ka jisko Ikhtiyar hota hai usko “Vali” kehte hain.

Ladki aur ladke ka vali sab se pehle uska baap hai, Agar baap na ho to dada, woh na ho to pardada, agar yah log koi na ho to saga bhai, saga bhai na ho to soutela bhai ya’ani baap sharik bhai (baap ek ho maa alag alag), fir bhatija, fir bhatije ka beta, fir bhatije ka pota, yah log na ho to saga chacha, fir sotela chacha, ya’ani baap ka sotela bhai, fir sage chacha ka beta, fir uska pota, fir sotele chacha ka beta, fir uska pota, yah koi na ho to baap ka chacha vali hai, fir uski aulad. Agar baap ka chacha aur uske bete, pote, padpote koi na ho to dada ka chacha, fir uske ladke, pote, padpote wageirah yah koi na ho tab maa vali hai, fir daadi fir naani, fir nana, fir haqeeqi bahan, fir soteli bahan jo baap sharik ho, fir jo bhai bahan maa sharik ho, (maa ek baap alag alag) fir fufi, fufa, maamu, fir khala wageirah.

Na balig, kafir kisi musalman ka vali nahi ho sakta aur majnoon paagal bhi kisi ka vali nahi hai.

Qur’an Majeed ne haizo-nifaas ki haalat me sohbat se mana Kiya hai:
فاعتزلو انسآء في المحيض ولا تقربوه‍ن حتى يطه‍رن،
Isliye is haalat me biwi se ta’aluq paida karna haraam hai. Agar janabat ki haalat ho to haram nahi.

Isee tarah agar aurat ki sehat uski muhtammil (bardasht) na kar sakti ho, aur Doctor ne sohbat se mana Kiya ho, ya mard kisi aisi khatarnaak bimari me mubtala ho jo sohbat se mut’addi-transfar hoti ho, to aurat Ko hambistari ke liye majboor karna durust nahi. Kyu ke ye aurat Ko nuqsan pahunchana hai, aur zaahir hai ki uski ijaazat nahi.
(Is ke alawah koi aise khas din-peer, budh wagairah ya koi waqt nahi hai jis me shareeat ke aetibar se sohbat mana ho)

Aurat ko Validen se Mulaqat ka Haq hai

Nikah ki wajah se pahle rishte khatm nahi ho jaate balke pahle ke rishte usi ahmiyat ke saath baaqi rehte hain,

Azdavaji rishta to aisa hai ke toot sakta hai aur toda jaa sakta hai lekin validen aur aulad ka rishta atoot hai isliye yah kaise durust ho sakta hai ke shohar apni biwi ko uske validen se ya mahram rishtedaro se mulaqat karne se rok le?

Yah Qata’rahmi (rishta naata todna) hai aur Qata’rahmi haraam hai, Aurat ko apne validen se milne Aur validen ko apni beti se mulaqat karne ka haq hasil hai,

Balke fuqaha ne likha hai ke agar aurat ke validen aur uske mahram rishtedar usi shahar me maujood hon to unse mulaqat karne se nahi rok sakta.

tafseel yah hai ke waalidain agar bety ko milne aa sakte hain to wo aayen mulaqat kar ke chale jaayen, aur agar unka aana mumkin na ho to hafte me ek martaba validen se milne jaa sakti hai, lekin aane jaane kaa kharch shohar se legi, Aur mahine yaa saal me ek dafa mahram rishtedaro, bhai, chacha wagairah se mulaqat karne ka haq hasil hai, shohar is se rok nahi sakta.

Iski wajah niche diye gaye waqiye se maloom hogi, waqiya paish kiya jata hai.

Science ke daayre me Qur’ani moajizaat ki ek jhalak

Ek Maahir Yahudi (jo deeni aalim bhi tha) khule taur par kaheta hai ke rooe zamin par Musalman khatoon se ziyadah paak baaz aur saaf suthri kisi bhi mazhab ki khatoon nahi hai.

Poora Waqiya yun hai ke Albert Einstein Institute se ta’alluk rakhne wala ek maahire janin (hamal ki janch ka mahir) Yahudi Peshwa Robert ne apne Islam qubul karne ka elaan kiya, jiski vaahid wajah yeh bani ke Qur’an me mazkur Mutallaqa (Talaq Shuda Aurat) ki Iddat ke hukm se waqifiyat aur iddat ke liye Teen Mahine ka jo waqt diya gaya hai uske pichhe ki Hikmat.

Aur Aurat ka jism ek computer ki tarah hai, jab koi mard ham bistari/sohbat karta hai to aurat ka jism mard ke Bactaria ko jazb (Save) kar leta hai.

Is haqiqat se raah paakar ek maahir doctor ne America ke do alag alag ilaqo me tahqiq kee, ek mohalla jahaan African Musalman rahete hain wahaan ki tamam Aurto me sirf ek Shohar hi ka DNA ka asar paaya gaya, jab ke dusre mohalle jahaan asal American aazad aurte raheti hain inme ek se ziyadah do teen logo tak ke DNA ka asar paya gaya. Iske baad doctor puri tarah kaaeel (maanne wala) ho gaya ke sirf islam hi woh deen hai jo Aurto ki hifazat aur samaaj ki paakizgi ki zamanat (guaranty) deta hai aur is baat ki bhi ke musalman Aurte duniya ki sabse saaf suthri paak daaman v paak baaz hoti hain.

Gairon ki taraf se yah aetraz kiya jata hai ke Huzoor SALALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ne Hazrat Aishah Rd. se jin ki umr sirf 6 saal thi, jo bety ki umr hain un se is umr me nikah kyun kiya?

Nikah 6 saal ki umr me huwa tha lekin rukhsati (bidayi) 9 saal ki umr (garm mulkon ki balig-pakki umrwali hone ki umr) me hui thi Arab me badi umr wale ka chhoti umr wale se nikah karna aam tha, koi tajjub ki cheez nahi tha isliye kuffar aur yahodiyon ne Nabi SALALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM par bahot se e’atiraz-ishkal kiye lekin yeh eatiraz kisi ne nahi kiya aur Nabi SALALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ko (Allah ki panah) bure alqab jaise jadugar, diwana wagairah kaha lekin aajkal ke kafiron ne jin laqab ka isteamal kiya woh kisi ne nahi kiya agar yeh us samaj me bura hota to zaroor un alfaz ka isteamal karte.

kyun ke us waqt ke kafir koi mavqah huzoor salallahu alayhi wasallam ko badnam karne ka haath se jaane nahi deta the.

Hazrat Aishah Rd. islam ke dusre khalifa (badshah) Hazrat Abubakr (radeeallahu anhu) ki beti thi.

Is kam umr ki shadi ki asal wajah nubuwwat aur khilafat ke darmiyan talluq ki mazbuti thi, kyun ke Nabi Karim SALALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM ke baad khilafat ka silsila ALLAH ko Hazat Abubakr Rd. se chalana tha khilafat ko nabi ke ghar se bhi jorna maqsood tha.

Arab ki garam (hot) aabohawa Insani badan ke badhane (development) me Important (khaas) role ada karti hai aur dusri baat yeh ke jis tarah ALLAH Ta’ala kuchh logon ko height body umar aur brain power ability dusray logon se badh kar deta hai.

Aur islam me qaidah hai ke bachpan me maa-baap nikah kara de to ladki ke balig hone ke baad use yeh ikhtiyar (chhut) hota hai ke chahe to woh nikah ko baaqi rakhe chahe to tod de yeh bidaayi Hazrat Aishah radiyallahu anha ki ijazat aur khushi se hui thi, aur poori zindagi apne is nikah par fakhr (garv) karti thi. aur us waqt musalman ki 9 saal ki har ladki aur us ke maa-baap huzoor salallahu alayhi wasallam ke saath nikah me dene ke liye betab the yeh us zamane zarra barabar aib (buri cheez) na thi

Lekin yeh sachchai woh log nahi mante jin ke dilon per muhar (seal) lagaa diya gaya hai. Allah ta’ala Qur’an me irshad farmate hain ke
‘’Allah ne in (kuffar) ke dilon aur un ke kaano per mohar laga di hai aur un ki ankhon per pardah pad gaya hai (isliye un ki samajh me nahi aata) woh sakht azaab ke mustahiq hain.

3. is ki tisri wajha ye hai ke har mulk me aorat jald burhi ho jati hai aur mard ki taqat burhape me bhi aksar salamat rehti hai, aur agar burhape me dusri bivi ki zaroorat ho us ke bawajood us ko dusri shadi ki ijazat na di jaye aesa qanoon banaya jaye to woh qanoon zina-badkari ka rasta batayega, aesa qanoon insanon ki halat ke mutabiq kese ho sakta hai..!
