Hadees shareef se sabit hai ke huzoor salallahu alayhi wasallam ne apne baal mubarak sahaba radeeyallahu anhum ko taqseem farmaye the.
Fatawa ibne taymiyah me hai huzoor salallahu alayhi wasallam ne apne baal mundwakar aadhe sar ke baal abu talha radiyallhu anhu ko diye aur aadhe logon ke darmiyan taqseem farma diye.
Agar kisi ke paas ho to tajjub ki baat nahi.agar us ki saheeh aur qabile aetimad sanad (puri chain ho ke ham tak kis kis ke zariye pahoncha) ho to us ki ta’azeem-ziyarat karna bahot badi khush naseebee hai.
Agar sanad na ho aur banawati hone ka bhi yaqeen na ho to khamoshi ikhtiyar ki jaye na us ki tasdeeq kare-(sachcha samjhe) na takzeeb-(jhutlaye).na ta’azeem kare na tauheen kare.
Baal mubarak aur dusre nabavi tabarrukat khairo barkat ko vajib karnewale hain aur us ki ziyarat se ajro sawab milta hai.
Use dekhne me mardo aur aurato ka melap na ho hazrat aaishah radiyallahu anha apne zamane ki aurto ke mutalliq farmati hai ke rasoolullah sallallahu alyhi wasallam is zamane ki aurto ko dekhte to un ko masjid me jane se manaa farmate.
Lihaza aurto ko jamaa na kiya jaye.

tabbarukat se barkat hasil karne ka saheeh aur jaiz tareeqah yeh hai ke khas tareekh tay kiye bagair logon ko jamaa karne ka ehtimam kiye bagair jab dil chahe ziyarat kare karaye.
Sahaba ke zamane me dastoor tha ke kisi nazar wagairah ki takleef ho jati to ummul mumineen hazrat umme salmah radiyallahu anha ke paas pani ka piyalah bhej diya jata.aap ke paas baal mubarak the.unko chandi ki nalki me mahfooz rakha tha.pani me us nalki ko dal dete the.aur woh pani mareez ko pilaya jata tha.

Huzoor salallahu alaihi wasallam ki wiladat aur wafat ki tareekh me sakht ikhtilaf hai isliye ke in dono dino me har saal kuchh bhi karne ka ihtimaam sahaba nahi kiya khud huzoor salallahu alaihi wasallam ne bhi 63 salah zindagi me wiladat ka din (brithday) nahi manaya aap ki pedaish peer ke din hui thi is liye aap peer ke din aksar roza rakhte the isliye peer ke din roza rakhna sunnat hoga
lekin tareekh manana aur usee tareekh ko kuchh amal rozah namaz juloos naat wagairah
Na huzoor salallahu alaihi wasallam se sabit he na tamaam sahaba e kiram radeeyallahu anhum se sabit he.

EID-E-MILAD KI BIDDAT’ KI TAARIKH
iraq ke shahar mosul ka ilaaqa irbil ka badshah,
“malik muzaffar abu sayeed” ne sabse pehle,
“nabi ﷺ ki wafaat ke “614 saal baad”,
mutabik 625 hijri me],
‘eid milad ki biddat’ ko aijaad diya.
Is se pehle, zamana is biddat se paak tha.
Malik muzaffar, milad ki mehfil me, jis par
– 100 ghode,
– 5,000 bakriyon ka gosht,
– 10,000 murgiyan,
– 30,000 halwe ke pede
– 1,00,000 pyaaliyan,
ka dastar-khwaan sajaaya aur naachne gaane walon ko bulaya aur
unki ‘mehfil-e-samaa’ munaqid ki gayi,
jisme nachne gane walon ne zohar se le kar agle din fajr tak,
raat bhar naacha, kooda, jhooma aur dhol peeta.

apni biddat ko ‘zinda rakhnekeliye’
quran ko tak nahi bakhsha.
Jashne eid-milad-un-nabi ﷺ ki biddat ko zinda rakhne ki naakam koshish karte hue,
“surah yunus(10):58”
Ke alawa kai aur qurani aayaton ko bhi ba-taur saboot pesh kar, awaam ko gumrah karte hain.
Chand aayatein pesh hain:
# surah al-fath(48):28.
“wohi hai, jisne apne rasool ko hidayat aur deen-e-haqq ataa farma kar bheja
taake isey tamaam adyan par ghalib karde.
Aur allah hi gawaah kaafi hai.”
(surah as-saff(61):6)
“jab eisa (as) ne kaha;
…….aur us rasool ki basharat sunaane wala hun,
jo mere baad tashreef laa rahe hain, jinka naam ahmad hai. phir jab wo waazeh nishaaniyan le kar unke paas tashreef le aaye, to woh kehne lage,
‘yeh to khula jadoo hai’.”

“apne rabb ki nematon katazkirah karte rahein.”

“beshak!
Tumhaare paas, tum me se ek rasool tashreef laaye hain.
Tumhaari takleef aur mashaqqat me padna,
un par sakht guzarta hai.
Woh tumhare liye bade taalib aur aarzoo-mand rehte hain.
Momino ke liye nihayat shafeeq, be-hadd rehem farmane wale hain.”

“allah ka ehsaan, ke usne musalmaano ke liye unhi me se ek rasool bheja.”
# surah al-anbiya(21):107.
“aur hum(allah) ne aap [nabi ﷺ]ko,
tamaam jahaanon ke liye rehmat bana kar bheja.”
In qur’ani aayaton me se, kisi ek aayat me bhi,
pyare nabi(saw) ke “yaum-e-paidaaish” ka zikr nahin hai.
Jab zikr hi nahin hai, phir to ’jashn manaane’ ki baat jahaalat hai.
Quran aur allah ke deen ko,
‘apne aur apne bade/buzurg/maulviyon ke zehnon’ se samajhne ka nateeja hai ke, jhooti daleelein pesh karke, ‘allah, rasool ﷺ aur sahaba (ra) par
bohtan bandhna aur fir
siraat-e-mustaqeem se bhatak jaana hai.
“agar who (log) waise imaan laayein,
jaisa sahaba (ra) ne imaan laaya
to fir waaqi’i hidayat paajayenge.”
(baqara(2):137)
“aur us se badh kar zaalim kaunhoga,
jo allah par jhoota bohtaan baandhe”
(anaam(6):93)
Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya:
jo shakhs meri taraf aisi baat mansoob kare,
jise maine nahin kaha hai,
woh apna thikana jahannum me bana le.

Rasool Allah ﷺ Ne Farmaya: Jis Ne Humare Is Deen Mein Koi Nai Cheez Ijzat Ki Jo Deen Mein Nahi “Woh Mardood Hai”(Muslim)
1- MiladunNabi ka Agaaz 604 hijri me Mulk-e-Arbal k Governer Malik Muzaffer ne kya.
Malik Muzafer ka sath dene wala us wakt ka Alim Ibne Dahya tha. .

2- Hafiz Ibne Kaseer frmate he: MiladunNabi ka Agaaz chhahti (6th) sadi hijri me huwa.
Is ko Ijaad Shia Rafziyo ne kya.

3- Hafiz Ibne Hajar frmate he:
Ibne Dahya dunya parast molvi tha, Aima or Ulma-e-Salaf ki shan me Gustakhi kerta, or jhuta shaks tha.
Or frmate he:
“Ye Bidat Khairul Quroon k Zamane me nehi thi… Ab jiska dil chahe wo khairul Quroon ki Ittiba kere ya Shia Rafziyo ki Bidat par amal kare.

aj se taqriban 30 ya 40 sal pehle 12 Rabi ul awal ko wafat kaha jata tha kyo ke us din wo zaat is duniya se wafat pai thi jis ka koi saani nahii hai or na kabhi ho sakta hai,
wo azeem shaksiyat mohammad ﷺ hai jo ke aman ka paikar the.
12 rabi ul awal ko nabi s.a.w ne wafat payi thi,
12 rabi ul awal ko ye alam tha sahaba r.a ka ke har shaks gham me dukh me dooba hoa tha.
Magar bare afsos ki bat hai ke aaj jab 12 rabi ul awal aata hai to logo ke chehro pe khushi ajati hai, julos nikale jate hen, lighting ki jati hain, or har tarha ki khurafaat ki jati hain.
Ye zalim nabi s.a.w ki wafat ke din khushiyan manate hen eid miladunnabi manate hen,
inhe Allah se darna chahiye ke is harkat par kahin un par Allah ka azab na aa jay.
Eid milad un nabi manana biddat hai,
tamam log is se khud bhi bachen or dosron ko bhi bachayen.
