Ramzan ka ada roza bila sharee uzr toda To Us ka kaffarh ye hai ke do 2 maheene lagatar -musalsal roze rakhe agar is ki taqat na ho to 60 santh miskeeno-faqeeron ko do waqt pet bhar khana khilaye. Dono waqt wohi faqeer hona zarooree hain ya 60 sath faqeeron me se har ek ko pone do kilo gehun Ya us ki qeemat ya qeemat Ke barabar chawal, aata,bajra, juwar wagairah de den.

  1. ramzan ke adaa roze me bila uzr janbujhkar aesee cheez khana jo giza-khane ke taur par ya dawai ke taur hee khayi jati ho ya kaamil lazzat ke taur par ho istiamal hoti ho kha pee lena ya istiamal karna.

Sadkqa e fitr me har qism ka galla (anaaj) aur  qeemat dena jaiz hai,

 

Uski tafsil ye hai

Agar gehun ya uska aataa de to har aadmi ka pone do kilo (1 kilo 750 gram) dena chahiye,

 

Agar gehun ke alawa aur koi galla (anaaj) maslan chaval, baajra, javaar, wagerah de to pone do kilo gehun ki qeemat ya saade teen kilo (3 kilo 500 gram) jav ki qeemat me jitna wo galla aataa ho itna galla dena chahiye,

 

Aur agar qeemat de to pone do kilo gehun ya saade teen kilo jav ki keemat deni chahiye,

 Aitkaaf ke liye Roza shart he, khuda na khasta agar roza Toot jaye to Aitkaaf masnoon bhi jata raha,

 

 Motakif ko kisi ki bimaar pursi ki niyat se masjid se nikalna durust nahi,

 

haa! Agar apni tibbi Zaroorat ( bimaari) ke liye bahar gaya to chalte chalte mijaaz pursi bhi karli to durust he,

 

 Ramzan ke Aakhri ashre ka Aitkaaf to masnoon he , wese mustahab ye he k jab bhi Aadmi masjid me jaye to Aitkaaf ki niyat kar le, chahe kitni hi der ke liye jaye,

Har jagah ye khabar chal rahi hai ki is saal 15 Ramzan shab e juma ko Subah ki namaz k baad ek dhamaka hoga aur 1 bhayanak awaaz sunai degi. 

Is silsile me ek hadees ka hawala bhi diya jaa raha hai jis ka mazmun hai ki is tarikh ko Subah ki namaz padh kr Gharon me dakhil ho jau, darwaze band kar lo aur jab awaaz aaye to fauran sajde me gir jao aur سبحان القدوس kahe aur jo aisa na karega wo Halaaak ho jayega. 

 

Is silsile me Musalmano me tashweesh aur khauf hai isliye is tarikh k mutallik Ulama e Ikram se darkhwast hai ki mukammal wazahat kar dein…

Ahadees e Paak me Qayamat se pehle pehle bohot se waqiat aur hawadis k pesh aane ki khabar di gayi hai jo hadees ki Mashoor Kitabon me Muhaddiseen ne zikr kiye hain jaise Yajooj Masood, Dajjal wagera ka nikalna, Isa alayhi Salaam ka nuzul wagera. 

Lekin sawal me zikr ki gayi hadees jo awaam me falayi ja rhi hai, kisi Moattabar aur sahi hadees ki Kitabon me maujood nhi hai “Musnad E Shasi 2/262” per Kitab ul fitan “Naeem bin Hammad 1/228” k hawale se ba rivayat Abdullah Bin Masood raz ye hadees zikr ki gayi hai, lekin mahireen e hadees k yahan iska hadees hona tasleem nhi kiya gaya balki Mohadiseen ne saaf lafzon me is rivayat ko be-bunyad, Mauzoo aur batil qarar diya hai chunanche 

 

Allama Zahabi rah ne kitab ul fitan li Naeem bin Hammad k bare me likha hai, 

“Is kitab se daleel pakdna kisi k lye jayez nhi Kitab ul Fitan me Musannif ne Ajeeb aur Ajnabi Gair Moattabar rivayaten likhi hain aur ye rivayat manghadat hai aur Musalma naami ravi Na Qaabile Aitebaar hai”.

Allma Uqaili rah ne farmaya, “is hadees ki koi asal kisi Moattabar ravi se sabit nhi hai”. 

(Al zoafa Al kabeer 3/52)

 

Allam ibn e jawzi rah ne farmaya, 

“Ye hadees Jaali جعلی aur Rasool Sallallahualayhi wa sallam ki taraf is ki nisbat manghadat hai “. 

(Al mauzuaa’t 3/191)

 

In rivayaat ko bayan krna jayez nhi aur Inke zariye awam ke ander dehshat peda krna Musalmano ko taklif dena hai aur mahool kharab krna bhi hai. Islye aisi mauzoo (manghadat) rivayaton ko Aam karna Shar’an jayez nahi. 

 

Allama Sulaiman ibn e Nasirul Alwan likhte hain ki, 

In Ahadees ko Aam krna Shara’n 2 wajah se jayez nhi

1- ye rivayaten Nabi sallallahualayhi wa sallam se Sahih sanad se sabit nahi aur Aslaaf aisi munkar rivayaton k bayan karne se manaa karte hain aur jo aisi rivayaton ko failaye Usko saza ka mustahiq qarar dete hain. 

 

2- In rivayaton ko bayan krna Musalmano ko bila wajah khauf me dalna hai aur Nabi sallallahualayhi wa sallam ne Irshad farmaya k “kisi Musalman ko jayez nhi k khwaa ma khwah kisi Musalman ko khauf zada kare”. 

Khulasa – 

1) Mazkura Hadess Sabit nhi 

2) is be bunyad rivayat ko sahih hadees samajh kr failana, Musalmano ko khauf o hiras me dalna Jayez nhi.

 

 

Nasihat-

Albatta qurbe qayamat k nit naye fitno aur hadisaat se hifazat k lye hamesha duaon ka ahtemaam krna chayye Aur ye khayal o tarz k Jab koi musibat tute fir waqti taur per bedaar hon aur fir Khawab e Gaflat me mast ho jayen ye Momin Ka tariqa nhi. Allah paak pure Momineen ki hifazat farmaye air dunya wa aakhirat k Azaan o hawadis se aman o amaan me rakhe.

Waise Har Mahine me 13,14,15 ke Roze, Jise ”Ayyame Beez“ Kehte Hain, Wo Sunnat Hai. Lihaza Chaho to Is Mahine Me Kasrat Se Roze Rakho, Yaa In Teen (3) Dinme Rakhlo, Yaa Shabe Baraat ke Dusre Din Ek Roza Rakhlo.

Note : India me 28 March Itwar (Sunday) ke Din Magrib Baad Se Subah Sadiq Tak Puri Raat Yaa Aksar Raat, Yaa Jis Qadar Himmat ho, Ghar me Ibadat Karni Hai Aur 29 March Somwar-Peer (Monday) Ko Ek Roza Rakhna Bhi Kaafi Hai.

Do (2) Roze Rakhne ka Hukm Aashurah ki Tarah Is Mahine me Nahi Hai. Al-Battah is Mahine me Jitne Zyada Roze Ho Sake Rakha Behtar Hai.
